practicing facial exercises can tighten your skin and keep it free of

is to smile as wide as you can with your mouth closed, then wrinkle
your nose. Count to five and release, then do it again. You’ll be able

bottom lip up over your top lip, then smile as wide as you can. Count
to five and release, then repeat. This one, you’ll be able to feel right
in the center of your cheeks.
3) Consider your skincare routine.
Think
about your skincare routine the next time you think “I look old.” What
are you doing to fix the problem? Do you apply an anti wrinkle cream
daily? Do you regularly apply sunscreen before heading outdoors? In
addition to protecting your skin from harsh elements via sunscreen and
washing your face each day, you should be applying a skin-toning anti
